Moving into my townhouse tomorrow!! I am looking for two recommendations... One for landscape/shrub clean up in the bed in front of my condo and the other for carpet steaming/cleaning...

First: There are these hideous little bushes in front that look DEAD! It's spring and I want them out and I want to plant nice stuff right away. Does anyone have a landscaper rec (Smithtown area or willing to come here)?? I would need about five shrubs and various brush ripped out (very small area in front of my condo) and some new, nice shrubs planted and maybe some topsoil put town and then I'll fill in with planting flowers on my own.

Looking to get a rec for this, hopefully someone who is reasonably priced. Just want to clean the front area I am responsible for of my condo up a bit.

Second: the carpet. Upstairs only in the bedrooms there's very nice wall to wall carpet but I really want it cleaned and nice before I start using it daily and having my son walk on it barefoot. I'm weird like that. Again, Smithtown area and hopefully reasonable.
