La Bonne Vie in east patchogue?
Anyone know anything about this place? I went to visit today and I thought it was pretty nice. Though I am googling and I am unsure by some of the posts. Anyone live there or know someone there?

My uncle lives there - moved in a little over a year ago. He's a single guy, but most of his neighbors are couples with no children.
He has a 2nd floor place, and really likes it.
He works evenings and usually comes home between 12 and 1am - he's never had a problem with safety/security (he did at his former place.)
If you'd like specific info, I'll see him on Saturday - so just let me know!

OK, thanks! If u hear anything good/bad etc...let me know.
It looks really nice...I did a google search and found someone saying something about rats and vandalism and that of course discouraged me. BUT I know some people have there own personal problems with places so I am unsure if its personal or real!

trust me- if he had rats, we'd all know about it! 
The only problem he's ever had is a broken A/C, and they replaced it with a brand new one within 2 days.
He tells us he likes it there.

No joke...I am 8 months preggo and if I move in and see a rat...I am sooooo outta there!
