Know a good foreclosure lawyer?
Anyone have a name of a good foreclosure lawyer? My lawyer for an estate I am settling told me I should get one, but the one he recommended seems to work mostly for banks. I want someone who will work for the homeowner. The bank which doesn't have its paperwork in order hasn't responded to half a dozen letters sent by my lawyer, so he says I need to get lawyer who knows about mortgages and a court date to get the bank moving.

I looked her up and it doesn't seem as if she specializes in foreclosures, which is what I need. But thanks for responding.

She is a real estate attorney- I work with her- she is excellent- she can handle a foreclosure -
