Kid friendly restaurant near Cold Spring Harbor fishery
We are planning a family day trip to the aquarium and have never been in that area before. Any suggestions where to eat after with DS who is 3?

Harbor Mist is in CSH village, but other than that, you would have to go to Huntington or Syosset.
If you go to the library, there are a bunch of trails in the back.

Nothing over there that I know of personally, esp for children but if you go into Huntington, Pancho Villas is great if you like Mexican. Or Mundays for American food (but there may be waits on a day like today).

I don't think of kid friendly in CSH but Marrio's in Oyster Bay (on 106) is a good pizza place that is not to far from the hatchery. Otherwise I would head over to Huntington and there are some nice places there.

You'll find something in Huntington Village if you go on 25A further east.
If you head west on 25A, you can find something in Oyster Bay, like Joe's Burger Shack on Pine Hollow Road (take 25A to Berry Hill Road and make a right, follow Berry Hill until you get to South Street and make a left, which is also Rt. 106), Taby's Burger House (28 Audrey Avenue, which is same directions above except make a right onto South Street and go a few block to make a left on Audrey Ave), Canterbury Ales (next to Taby's) or there is a Friendly's in Jericho Tpke in Syosset.
