Kickboxing Open House Sat - Free Classes
I recently joined LABoxing with a friend...did Martial Arts for years and have just been running & working out at home..needed something to amp up my workout and this kicks my butt!
My friend wears a calorie/heart rate monitor in class and we burn around 1,000 a class..they are having an open house with Free classes Sat...figured I'd share for anyone interested...they always offer a free trial class too through the website. Law enforcement gets discounts on memberships also.

Thank you! I was looking for kickboxing classes nearby- I want to try a trial class soon, but I have a few questions if you could answer since you've been to the location- I've only taken kickboxing classes in college and I was wondering if I need to bring anything to the class, and is it intimidating or do the teachers pretty much walk you through?

Hey, I was just wondering how much it costs to join this kickboxing class?
I am just not sure cuz it's far for me. I am in Seaford.
Just curious if it is worth the drive.
Any kickboxing classes near Seaford that anyone could rec?
