Kevin Likes Spaghetti
I was hard finding a allergy free sauce for him. So many had milk in it, even ones that did have cheese as part of the ingredients.

Yeah, I just have to find a free afternoon to make a big batch. Some days I'm lucky if I get the chance just to make him a bowl of pasta without burning it

Victoria brand sauce. It was pretty good but a little spicy.
The label says its allergen free and he didn't have a reaction so until I get a change to make some and freeze it, Victoria it will be.

Also keep in mind making sauce doesn't need to be this big long sunday event like many people make it. You can just put some evoo in the pan with some garlic, add in some canned tomato, salt/pepper to taste and last minute put in some basil. It can take you all of 10 minutes to do it!
My mom is also lactose intolerant with her crohn's disease and it's amazing how much stuff has dairy in it.
