Keurig has the best customer service!
My Keurig started leaking a couple of weeks ago and only making 1/2 cups.
I googled it to see if I could fix it and saw raves about what great customer service they had so I called and they were awesome!
They are fedexing me a new Keurig free of charge and all I have to do is send back the k-cup part to them!

We had a similar situation with our Keurig at work. It just wouldn't turn on anymore. It was a gift, so we didn't have the receipt or the UPC code. We sent them the cup part and they sent us a brand new one within days. Great customer service!

Wow, that's great! We actually replaced our older Keurig when it started to do that figuring it was just old. I wish I knew this then

They absolutely do!
My parents' machine stopped working, so they called and were sent a brand new machine free of charge.
And, when you register the machine, apparently you can get free k-cups!
