Just wanted to say Hi and Update
Not much to update really. My fall really has thrown me for a loop. My knee has been in awful pain (on top of my back surgery pain) so I went for Xrays today. Nothing broken (but I already knew that). I have to stay off of it but I'm supposed to be doing some walking for my back.  I bruised my back pretty well too with the fall.
My doctor gave me another prescription for pain pills to get through the weekend so I have to see how my knee is Monday. He's hoping it's just a sprain (feels worse than that to me). If it's not the next step is and MRI.
I really can't deal with this right now. I keep thinking about needing to get back to work and back to the gym and neither seems too close to happening.
I feel like a crappy mom because I'm drugged up on pain pills so my mom and DH are doing everything for Miranda. I just hope with some rest this all passes soon and life goes back to normal.
Sorry for the vent! I'm just frustrated that things haven't quite gone as planned.

As they say, s!it happens... don't feel bad... take the time you need to heal and get better so when you are all healed you can devote all your energy to your little munchkin...
And if nothing else, there's always my mantra: "this too shall pass"
