Just one more thing to add to the list of things that went wrong in the first year....
My CAC just crapped out. So now I can add that to the leaking skylights, flooded basement, crapped out refridgerator, crapped out boiler in the middle of winter, and screwed up sprinkler system. Can houses be lemons too because I think I bought one?
ETA...that we also noticed a cricket infestation the week we moved in.

And I thought we had it bad when we moved in the middle of the winter into our home.

Happened to us to. Our first year in the house we had to put close to $30k in major repairs.
