July 4th Fireworks near Massapequa Park?
My cousin recently moved to Massapequa Park and we are going there for the fourth. Does anyone know of any fireworks displays or activities around there?
We will have a few babies with us so we really don't want to go to Jones Beach - although I love it there it can get pretty hectic and the traffic is killer!

We usually go to Wantagh Park, there's usually a big crowd so you want to get there early. Lots of people bring radios to play the simulcast.
I'm pretty sure a lot of people go to Cedar Creek Park too.
ETA: You see the Jones Beach show from there.

There will be fireworks July 3rd at Brady park. I live there and will be going.

You can see the Jones Beach fireworks in Massapequa down by Florence Avenue beach. There is a lot to do there if you have kids.
