Hi ladies! I'm always a lurker but have yet to join you in your battle. I've decided I would like to (am GOING to) lose 5lbs in the next month or so and really tone up. I know 5lbs doesn't sound like a lott but, for some reason - I can never lose this 5lbs!!!!!

Right now - all i really do is run but not consistently. i run maybe on avg 3 times/wk maxing out at 2miles. Sometimes I do my pilates dvd but mostly 2X /wk. I am also thinking of getting a few personal training sessions to help with my arms!
