I am on day 9 today. I have lost 1.5lbs as of day 7. I only switched t level 2 on day 8 but I have bad knees so I wanted to make sure I was ready. I am already seeing results. I am standing straighter, have more energy and I really think I am seeing a difference in how my pants fit. I actually enjoy doing this workout.

I know people have had results but I think it depends on your physical ability.
It wasn't challenging enough for me since I have been doing most of the things she does already in my workouts
