Jennifer Lopez and her ex-hubby Ojani Noa are set to battle this month over his plan to shop "The Unknown Truth: A Passionate Portrait of a Serial Thriller," a tell-all book that claims the Bronx bombshell is a cheater And man stealer!

According to the New York Daily News, J.Lo's bid to quash Ojani's book Heads to L.A. Superior Court on Jan. 29. J.Lo's hoping to avoid a public trial, and asked a judge to order that the dispute be heard in private.

Some of the steamy allegations made by Ojani in his book proposal, according to court papers, include: J.Lo cheated on him with one of her castmates from the film, Anaconda; she had an affair with her current husband, Marc Anthony, while he was still married to former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres.

Jennifer's lawyers claim she bought his silence with a $125,000 court settlement in October 2005. Her lawyers called Noa's claims "false and defamatory ... salacious, inflammatory, invasive and disparaging" in court papers. Noa's attorney did not respond to a request for comment.
