It's annoying when I know more than the "experts"...

This most recent discussion is what triggered this little vent, but it happens all the time. Someone is asking for info that is completely irrelevant. I know this because I've been working with this stuff for years. As the person selling/supporting the product, they should know it as well.

It happens way too often. People will ask questions, insist on information, give me wrong information, etc. Sometimes I play dumb and give them the info, just so it makes them happy, and I know it's just a waste of time.......

Why do I know your product better than you do!?!?!?!?
