is this kinda weird, or is it just me??
ok... so DH best friend since middle school is getting married in may. we're close with both him and his fiance, so both DH and i are in the wedding. DH is one of the 2 best men.
anyway- so they had engagement pictures done in the fall, and we just got a christmas card from them with one in it- ok, no big deal, its a nice picture. but the thing is, its not just a small wallet size, its a 5 x 7. i mean ,we're close to them.. but wouldn't you think they would save that size for their families? i just thought it was kinda strange... could just be me, though- lol

No it's weird. People are presumptious .....I mean, I have friends' wedding pictures in frames in my house, but to just GIVE me a 5x7 or yourselves?

lol i know! i think if it was a wedding pic, i wouldn't find it as weird... but this is just a pic of the two of them.... lol and now i don't know what to do! i don't really want to frame it, but if they come over, they might be looking for it! lol

oh! so do i! but the bigger ones i have are usually big group pictures or pictures of DH and i with our friends... its not the fact that they sent us a picture of them, its that its a bigger one, rather than a 3x 5 or even a
4 x 6....

i see what you are saying - i do - but for me, personally, i love big pics, and i don't mind if they don't have me or DH in them.
can you put it on your fridge for a bit and then move it after the holidays? i'm willing to bet that after the wedding they won't even notice you don't have it up.
