I'm spotting a little today and I should be about 10dpo, is this a good sign or a bad sign?

Well I don't have much to compare it to b/c I've been on the pill for my endo and just went off after my surgery. I've never spotted before, except right at the start of my period. I am having some cramping now which is probably not good.
