THere are the basics:
No Sushi
Nothing unpasteurized
No uncooked meats
As far as the others, I think you should speak to your doctor. Every doctor is different. Some will tell you no caffeine and no aspertame. My doctor said a little was ok.

do a search on this board.... there are lists that will tell you guidelines of what you should and shouldn't eat. i would go by it for now until you have your doctor's appointment, and ask him/her what he/she is safe/comfortable with you eating, and what you should stay away from.
