Is the boat the Martha Jefferson still in Port Jeff ?
The web page for it is no longer working 
They used to have dinner cruises, doo wop cruises etc....

I live in the area. I recently saw a sign by it saying it wasn't running for the Summer 2010 season. Unfortuantely I have no other info. I am curious why it isn't running, because it always seemed so busy/popular to me.
