Is Gentlease and Good Start the same type of formula?
A few people have told me this. Their DC were on gentlease and they switched to good start because it was the same make up.

I'm not really sure if they're the same, but Marron did not do well on Gentlease. It is supposed to be for fussy/gassy babies, and it made Marron more fussy and gassy. She has done great on Good Start.

I don't think they are the same.
Target has a generic brand of Gentlease though, and it's $11 or $12 a can vs. $25.

No.
Gentlease is very little lactose.
Good start is all whey proteins.
It is a very different formula.

Yes, it is different Not sure the difference in ingridients but I had to switch from Good Start to Gentlease. Good Start made DS very gassy, no problems after switching to Gentlease.

Same here. DS did not do very well on Gentlease but did very well on Good Start.

Josh Jr had tremendous constipation problems causing him to scream and get gassy so the Dr put him on gentlease to try and ease his gassiness. I gave it to him for three days and switched him back. For three days all that poor kid could do was cry and vomit. We didnt like it at all.
