Is Earth Bests Oatmeal cereal dairy and soy free? and another question.
I know a mom on here whos child is also allergic to dairy and soy recommended their rice cereal. We started that and wanted to know if the Oatmeal is and if they even make barley if that is too? If not then Ill just go to fruit after the rice cereal.
Also cereal how many days did you do before trying another kind? My older dd had allergy to oatmeal so only gave her Barley so no idea how long we should do before switching.

I don't believe there is any dairy or soy. I think the box says traces of wheat, but nothing about dairy.

Thanks! my peds kept pressing the issue that I made sure it didnt contain before I gave her, so now I keep second guessing myself on things even after reading labels.

I just looked at the E.B. Oatmeal box and its dairy and soy free, but it does contain traces of wheat.
