I was, but my sister who is buying us the stroller got an amazing deal on 2009 model. I don't remember what the differences are, but they prob didn't matter much to me because I don't remember them.
It won me over with how light it was, how easy it is to close, and size of the basket

I know she was haggling with the owner of the shop for days, she likely got it for less than 500. I don't know details, but if you are interested FM me and I'll find out.

I am waiting for the 2010 release. We just had our baby and I'm using the snap n go for now. I don't remember what the differences were...I know they took care of some of the complaints 2009 owners had...I think one might have been and extra recline position, the break release and I can't think of the others.

LOL, I went to see the stroller at BBB and I couldn't get it to close!!!  The lady at the store was like "oh it's ok, it takes some people a while to get it"... I tried and tried and NADA! LOL!
But the stroller glides soooo smoothly, has a HUGE basket, comes with the bassinet and the seat. Very nice.
The 2010 model has 5 recline positions instead of 3 (including a new upright position which older kids apparently prefer). The brake is easier to work. What else? I can't remember, but I think the incline alone is worth it if you plan to use it for when your child is over 18 months.
At BBB, the 2009 model has dropped to $579. The 2010 model will be at the regular $669.

I think they made improvements to the wheels as well.
And the bassinet has a waterproof mattress
