Is anyone interested in doing races?
My friend and I have been doing a race a month.
We did an 8k in Southampton, a 3 1/2 mile in Jones Beach and a 5k in Easthampton. Our next one is a 5k at Smith Point.
Signing up for the races keeps us motivated to keep training and exercising. Plus it's fun.
If anyone is interested, you can FM.
We usually get breakfast after the race or go to the beach or whatever. But is a fun time.

I would be interested in the 5Ks, but not for a few months. I have to get back in shape after taking over a year off
Kings Park has a 15K every March ( i think)... that was my goal for first race, but I think I can do a 5K sooner. I will FM you when ready!
