Is a photo calendar a good gift to give to almost EVERYONE?
I can easily (and cheaply) take care of most of our family with a calendar of my two munchkins....
would it be terrible if I gave it to several family members?

I gave my IL's and some other family members a calendar last year. It wasn't my main present though for the IL's but definitely for other family.

I gave one out to our close family last year and they loved it and requested it again this year.
It wasn't the main present though.

it depends on if they have children of their own.
Im going to make a calendar for a family member of HER grandchildren. (not my kids).
It depends on how close you are to these family members and who are the core people in their lives.
ETA: YOu can make a calendar, and use two of the months for your kids. a photo of each on the month of their bday, and in the other months, use family shots that have those family members in them...

I created one for my sister (DS's Godmother) last year of DS & her children and she loved it. I created another one for her this year again.

I think thats a good grandparent gift if it covers all the grandchildren. Beyond that and I think its not so great.

I agree. Honestly if someone gave me one I wouldn't know what to do with it. I don't use calendars. I have a small date book I keep with me.

I think it is a good grandparent gift. I am making on for my MIL (who never remembers birthdays, so it has a dual purpose )
But I would never get one for, say, my aunt and uncle, they have their own grandkids.
