Indigestion

I have really bad indigestion with this Pregnancy.

What are same safe yet effective ways to treat it. It sometimes keeps me up at night.

Can you take tums? How gross do they taste?

I eat TUMS all of the time. The fruit flavored ones aren't bad.
A couple of sips of soda also works for me.

tums don't work for me but you can try them. They aren't bad at all.
I like Milk of Magnesia, it works well for me. It doesn't taste like anything but the consistency is chalky.

I also don't lie down right after eating I prop myself up for over an hour and sometimes sleep with 2 or 3 pillows under my shoulders.

Ohh. Also stopped eating anything to cause it, no onions, peppers, tomatoes, oj or other acidic juice after 3pm.

I like the peppermint tums. DH makes fun of me that he is going to have to stage a tums intervention.
