I'm sure this is probably normal but it makes me feel better to hear it...

Stretching-ish, sort of sharp pain intermittently in the very low abdomen, almost top of hip area?

Accompanied by the need to pee often.

Normal?

No bleeding or spotting at all. I am also VERY early on, not even 4 weeks yet!

Yup! Very normal. I'm 7 weeks and still get those lovely pains. Apparently it's the uterus stretching. As long as there is no heavy bleeding you're fine.

I had the same pains at 4 weeks, it was very painful, no spotting at all, and everything is perfectly fine now at 13 weeks! I think I had the side pains for only a few days or so. Feel better!

Thank you all so much. Every time I feel the pain I get nervous and go to the bathroom to make sure there's no blood. I really appreciate it!!

Totally normal... and the peeing so much in the beginning has a lot to do with hormones too! You're going to experience more odd pains than you could ever make up and more likely than not they're all normal! Things down there are just stretching and moving and doing lord only knows what else! Chat Icon

I felt the same way yesterday and nothing today. Don't freak out over every little thing, you don't need the stress. I already had a chemical, so you'd think my nerves would be shot but I'm being very calm and optimistic.

Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon I'm trying but it's hard. I actually get stressed more when there AREN'T any symptoms...I'm like "what happened? Where's the queasiness?"

But the pain I had this morning has dissipated, I've actually been feeling mostly normal today!

Oh man. I know this! One time I was laying in bed and coughed and ****, I wanted to scream!

But, yes this is SO normal. After a while you get used to it and it isn't alarming.

Thank you so much everyone. I love that I can come here and post my crazy worries and nobody tells me I'm being stupid.

So next one: MS coming and going? One day on and one day off? Normal, too?

All are totally normal. I felt stretching up until around 8-9 weeks and peeing all the time too. Morning sickness came and went, and at really unpredictable times.

Everything is normal Mer, try not to worry. That pain is normal and yes when you sneeze or cough you will jump out of your skin. I felt like I lived in the bathroom during the first trimester. As for the MS on and off just be happy it goes away. I'm sure that's normal too but I was really sick from 5.5 weeks to 14 weeks but after that and still now it comes and goes.
