I'm starting to "stalk" NSAL's website for a 2nd dog
BUT we have a 3 year old son who isnt the most gentle to our current dog. Murphy is SOOOO patient with the torment my son puts him through. Teasing him with food, hugging him so tight, waking him up, etc. I'm wondering if its really the right time for anther dog... but I'm 99% sure our son will be an only child so I have the puppy bug.

What about adopting a dog that has a history of loving children? There are so many dogs out there that are great with kids.
