Im in a worrying mood tonight...and im quite emotional.
Does anyone's DC pull away from them when you try to grab their hands.
Paige does this a lot and Im wondering why. Its like she doesnt want to be bothered. It like she is telling me "mom, leave me alone already". Is this normal or should I worry.
She is 7 months old.

My son does too. He'll be affectionate when he wants, like he'll come over and give me a hug out of the blue, but he won't tolerate it if I try to hug him or if I try to hold his hand when he's walking or whatever. While I'm all for independence, I'm hoping he outgrows this.

Hannah always does this. She is Miss Independent!! She pushes my face away when I try to kiss her, she pulls her hands away when I try to teach her pat - a- cake, or trim her nails, etc.
I wouldn't worry about it
