I know that in the Hicksville Mall (Broadway) there is a small store in the same hallway that the Ruby Tuesday's is in that makes T-shirts. I saw a big brother one there the other day when I was buying my mom's birthday gift. I am pretty sure they can put anything on a t-shirt.
