I'm definitely not small framed, but I had NO stomach prior to my BFP - I didn't pop until 21 weeks. I was definitely bloated and unable to button my pants prior to that, but not where anyone thought I was preggo.

Re: If you were small framed/average/below average in weight before BFP

I'm pretty small framed to begin with and petite. I've been bloated though since I got pregnant. It's never really gone away. My face is much fuller as well. My clothes are definitely tighter on me although I can still wear them no problem. I have a slight pregnancy belly right now although to most people it just looks like I put on weight. I did buy some maternity clothes at Old Navy but they are definitely not meant for the last trimester. Just some tank tops and a few pairs of shorts with the elastic waistband.

I didn't pop until I was about 26 weeks and I was very thin before getting pg. Up until the 26th week I looked pg to people who knew me but it was also the winter and my jacket hid my belly when I went out. It wasnt until I started to wobble and had to keep my jacket open that people realized I was pg.

I was kinda small to begin with (5'3"). I started "really" showing around 20 weeks. It was just a small belly. It really depended on what I was wearing if I looked PG or like I just gained some weight. I started wearing maternity clothes around that same time.

This is my 2nd pregnancy and I showed much earlier. I had to start wearing Bella Bands by about 12 weeks and then I was in full maternity clothes a few weeks after that.
I popped very early with my 1stChat Icon as well.

I am 5'3 and I didn't pop until about week 24. I started to wear maternity clothes about that time as well.

Re: If you were small framed/average/below average in weight before BFP

I am 5'8 and weighed 124 before pregnancy and started to REALLY show around 20 weeks. Before that, I felt different and my clothes felt different but I wasn't very obviously pregnant to the outside world.

i wasn't nbecessarily small but tried to be! I didn't pop until about 28/29 weeks and can still squeeze into some of my pre-pregnancy clothes (i am just afraid of stretching them!)

I was super tiny, about 100lbs pre-preggo. I had to give up my jeans by about 12wks and I was in maternity clothes by about 17-18wks

I'm 5'6", 118 pre-pg, with a small frame. I can still wear my regular pants unbuttoned with a bella band or a rubberband. I wear regular longer shirts or maternity shirts on top.

I popped between 19-20 weeks but it's still a little belly. I'm 20w4d now and someone offered their seat to me on the subway this morning! First time! Chat Icon

Re: If you were small framed/average/below average in weight before BFP

I'm not small overall but I had a small waist (25 inches). People who know me could tell at 12-15 weeks. At 17 weeks I got busted across a parking lot. At 18 weeks strangers are asking when I'm due. I was out of my regular pants by 8-10 weeks but didn't fit into "maternity pants" until about 15.

Re: If you were small framed/average/below average in weight before BFP

I am 5'3'', and was 120-125lbs when I got pg. I blew up(my azz and thighs) in the first trimester, gained 11lbs, so I was fully in maternity pants at about 11-12 weeks. I didn't start wearing maternity shirts though until about 20 something weeks. And even then depending on the cut of the shirt, I was still wearing pre pg shirts, until about 30 weeks.

3 months PP, after gaining 50lbs pg, I am about 10 pounds away from pre pg weightChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
