If you were making something for a child's baptism

If you were making a personalized gift for a child for their baptism and it said "God Bless (Baby's Name)" and you wanted to put a date, would you put the birthdate or the baptism date?

I think I'd put the birthdate. But that's a good question. I'm not so sure.Chat Icon

It's a small cross stitch with a cross and flowers. The original design just said God Bless but I added the name and then I thought a date might look nice but I wasn't sure which date.

I'd put the Baptism date because that is what the gift is for.

I think I'd put the Baptism date.

DH aunt embroiders all the children's names and dates into the under layer of family Christening gown and she uses the date of the Christening.
