Actually I was just typing that I never got a call but I did....And I did upload a specific cover letter.
This district was sneaky though...advertised for a leave replacement must have known they were hiring a TA they already had on staff and instead started setting up interviews for the TA position...pi$$ed me off since I didn't want a TA position

4 years ago I got 3 calls from 3 different districts and I did not do a seperate cover letter.

i got called from about 3 districts, and i uploaded a very generic cover letter, but then when i went for the interview, i brought a copy of my resume with a more specific cover letter.
