Wells quoted me 4.5% on Tues & Montgomery Mortgage was 4.25% (both no points).
ETA: this is high balance conforming (>$417k) but not jumbo

I have less than stellar credit and we were quoted 4.5% for a non-jumbo loan.

4.75 we closed in may. we used bethpage because I hear they have low closing costs and good rates.

4% with Bank of America (no points) the rate was good for 45 days, which took us to Aug. 1st - the exact date of our closing! It's a 20 year mortgage.
