If DS is 3 mo's 1 wk should I put his crib on the 3-6 mo setting?

If DS is 3 mo's 1 wk should I put his crib on the 3-6 mo setting?
Just setting up the crib to transition him from his bassinet. Do I really need the 3-6 mo setting at this point since i really doubt he could pull himself up? TIA

I would keep crib on first setting until hes able to pull self up. I bf and if i put low it will be alot of problems at night and i would rather keep dc sleepy so she'll go back to sleep after feeding.
My dd is 10wks and in playyard right now, so I guess im not much good for advice.

My DD is over 5 months and her crib is still at the 0-3 mos. height. I figure I will lower it once she can sit up on her own.
