Although, why wouldn't you call the cops if you saw a man lurking at 4AM amazes me??

I am starting to have doubts about this story... this woman must be nuts to NOT call the cops after each occurrence.

I see what you are saying and I feel pretty safe where I live (close to momma lombardi's) , but there are two or three men and one woman who walk around at all hours and are definitely not all with it. Also, There have been a lot of incidences up at the S&S parking lot/sunrise gym.

I dont live in that area but I have to pipe in and say that it is always scarier when its your own area obviously. I live in Massapequa and there is always something on the news or in the paper about Massapequa. My DH rolls his eyes b/c I say "Its always Massapequa!" alot. Sometimes it seems like that. There are freaks all over, sometimes the ones that are not so obvious are worse that the obvious ones.

 greeeeeeeat! now I feel safe 
about a year ago, DH and I went to S&S at night to do the shopping and there was a man driving around the p-lot very slowly. DH just stared at him for a good couple of minutes and the guy took off. DH brought that up last night when I told him about this story.

I live here too and they are all harmless. One of them has walked around for about 15-20 years and lives with his parents. He wouldn't harm a fly.

I know that things happen in all areas, I would be ignorant to think otherwise. Of late, there have been notices up at Sunrise Fitness not to leave valuables in your car because of repeated break ins...that's what I was referring to.

If you have lived here for 35 years, I am sure you know exactly who he is. I have lived here for two years and it would be naive of me to not be careful regarding people I don't know who wander the streets. You never know what can happen.
