Ideas for a "country" gift?

My Secret Santa at work put on the wish list..anything COUntry....

her decor is COutnry, plus she is adding onto her kitchen & living area & her whole house is country inspired..old fashioned..mauves, greens, etc..

Any ideas of places to shop? I am going to check out Cracker barrel Gift shop, but wanted some other ideas...
