Ice Skating @ Rockafeller Center
I went last night, and all I have to say is wow! It truley was beautiful, and if you have not done it yet, you should.
Being a new yorker, it really meant alot to me to be there during christmas time and getting to ice skate there. I had the time of my life and would go back in a heartbeat, even though the wait was an hour and a half .
3 girls got engaged while we were there!
Has anyone else gone yet this year?

If you go after the holidays, you don't have to wait as long.. I went in January a few years ago and there was no wait at all.
Its a great time!

I've never gone and always wanted to. I mean, I've been to Rockafeller Center and WATCHED people ice skate, but I've never actually skated. I doubt I could convince DH to go with me.

I did that for the first time (and only time) the night DH and I got engaged. He proposed on the steps of St. Patrick's Cathedral (he was on his knees and everyone clapped, it was cute). Then we went to see the tree, ate at that restaurant next to the rink and skated. It was sooo romantic!
