I would LOVE to eat some LI Corn!
Every time I talk to someone from home, they always mention the corn...
I would LOVE to have some fresh, local yellow/white corn with butter and salt...mmmmmmm
either boiled or on the grill is fine with me!!!
Man I might have to get out to NY soon to get my fix!!!!

I have been craving some lately too. I live on LI but I still haven't had any this summer! I guess i'll have to add it to my to do list.

Well, I live in Texas and they have corn fields everywhere. Nothing like Fresh Corn. But, the funny thing is that my DH spoke to his family in LI and they mentioned that they were grilling Corn! LOL
