I was looking in the help wanted section this weekend
And saw an ad in retail for a puppy store. I had half a mind to apply for the job so I could get "insider" information, and tell people how evil the store is. Until they fired me.

 OMG, we should all totally do it... Pass out flyers of the "10 reasons not to buy from a puppy store" to people who come in...

I honestly wish there were some way to stop people from buying in Pet Stores.
I was actually thinking about leaving flyers on peoples cars outside ShakeAPaw on a Saturday - but by then it might be too late.

When I was an active member of the puppy mill org, some of the other members would tell how they used to set up adoption tables and distribute PM pamphlets outside the stores......

I remember seeing people with signs outside the pet store on Hempstead Tpke, in the East Meadow area... (across from Home Depot). I think that would be a good help, as you would inform all the people driving by, and more importantly the people going into the store.
