I think my milk supply is drying up
I'm not sure why, but I think my supply is drying up. I have always fed Luca and then pumped- usually anywhere from 2-3 oz per boob. Now I can barely get 1oz from each even if I haven't fed him lately. Can your supply just dry up on its own? Luca will be 12 weeks on Thursday. Do you think I should just start giving him formula?

Does he still seem hungry after you nurse him? I think your supply regulates itself to baby's needs at about 3mths so maybe that's why you can't pump as much? Not really sure, sorry I can't be more help.

try mothers milk tea. you can by it on herbpro.com it worked to build up my milk supply.
