I seriously almost had a heart attack today
My work let us go to the Phillies game on work time - I was having fun, munching on popcorn, eating a vegan hotdog (times have a-changed!  ), when all of a sudden, out of the corner of my eye, I see someone familiar walking towards me.
Lo and behold, it is my ex. The crazy, borderline abusive, harassing, stalking ex, who stalked me for over 2 years, to the point where I had to get the police and an attorney involved. I haven't seen him in almost 5 years, and the last I heard from him was about a week before my wedding (to email me to tell me that the only reason why I was getting was because I was still in love with him  )
I must have looked like something was wrong because my coworker looked at me and asked what's wrong? All I could manage to say was "ex... stalker..." She immediately put herself in front of me and guarded me so he couldn't see me.
I don't know if he saw me or not - I guess I'll know in a day or two because I'm sure I"ll get a phone call or an email. I hope NOT.
The one consolation - he got FAT. I mean FAAAAAAAAAAAAAT

How scary. I doubt he saw you because the psycho's like that can't keep their mouths shut, he'd have let you know he saw you. I hope you managed to enjoy the rest of the game.
I know how you feel and running into my ex-freak is seriously my worst nightmare.

I know how you feel and running into my ex-freak is seriously my worst nightmare.
I'm hoping that's what it was. He was with someone, either a wife, girlfriend, whatever, so that might have been why he didn't say anything though I'm hoping it's because he just didn't see me.
Guess I'll be having some nightmares tonight

Let's think happy thoughts....he's got a wife or girlfriend that he spends his time obsessing over and he'll leave you the hell alone, once and for all.

Well, I think you were right, because so far, no calls, no emails. Granted, I had some nasty nightmares last night, but I'll get over it in a day or two. Thanks!

That is so scary!!
I agree with the PP- if he saw you and is still crazy- he probably would have made a scene or kept trying to get your attention the whole game. He either (1) didn't see you or (2) is on meds to calm him down. So you are going to be just fine.
But I think you need to come to NY just in case to relax

If you have ANY contact information he would still have, you NEED to change it. Get a new phone number and email address, etc. Be careful.
