I had PT for my shoulder for a few months. I'm getting better but getting so tired that I told my PT doc I wanted to quit, he was cool with that (he knows)

So....

To get some calories burnt, my question is ....

Is my daily route considered exercise.

15min vigorous walk (speed walking) with 3 and a half flights of stairs to work.

15min vigorous walk back to subway

every single work day.
