I need a new point and shoot camera
My Sony Cyber-shot broke on Easter. The lens is stuck in this crooked position and it won't turn on or off. Any suggestions? I am leaning towards a Nikon this time, but am open.
I would like to kepp it under 200 bucks...

I have a Cannon Powershot SD 790 IS and I love it. It takes great pictures and is around $200.00. When I bought it, it was cheapest at Best Buy. (At BJs it was like 15 dollars more expensive).

Do you have a warranty? That happened to Dh's sony and we got it fixed for like $80 thru sony (he didn't have a warranty). HTH

I am a Nikon girl. My point and shoot is the S550. 10 mpx with a great zoom and it simply and plainly takes fantastic shots. It's also light weight and I carry it with me in my purse all the time (I'm turning into a bit of a shutterbug).
I would highly recommend it!

I loved my Nikon as well...then I got a Casio Exilim...HATE it...I am actually going to buy a new Nikon this weekend!!
