i need a better test to get pregnant

are all ovulation test the same or is there a better way to know whe youovulating and when its the exact time

There are digital OPK's which some people prefer because there is no interpretation of lines to deal with. There is also the CBEFM which is $$ but some women swear by it.

I used the CBFM and temped. It took it about 2-3 mths to get used to my cycle. We got our BFP on our 5th month. I liked the fact that it took the guesswork out.

I purchased it on drugstore.com - cheaper than in the stores. There are always discounts on this website. I also submitted it through my FSA - every bit helps!

OPKs, CM, and temping (though you know after the fact) can be very informative. After charting this for a bit you really (hopefully) can see a pattern to help in BD timing.
