I miss my brother and I didn't think I would...
I know it sounds really mean to say I didn't think I would miss him that much but my brother is the type of person who can be calm and happy and then fly off the handle and storm out of a room if someone says the slightest thing wrong. When he and his wife moved to NC this summer I couldn't help but think of how peaceful things would be when I go to dinner at my parents'.
Now it is almost November and I have been finding myself missing my brother. I am kind of wishing he wasn't so far away
I'm a dork.

You're not a dork. It's perfectly normal to not realize how much you'd miss someone when they're always around. Maybe you should call him and have some laughs on the phone.
is he coming up to visit any time soon?

sometimes it takes something drastic like moving far away to really appreciate the time you *do* spend together. My sis lives in CA and I see her once a year, if I'm lucky  but when we gtg, we have the BEST time!
