I messed up my first recipe already! ugh!
UGH! I messed up already!
I am making a sweet potato pie. Well I peeled the potatoes before boiling them..it says to peel them after.
Can I still make the pie or did I ruin it? Whats the big difference??

You can dice and roast them.... boiling them now they will absorb too much water.
