Chocolate Eclair
I made this for mothers Day and it was awesome!!! Just thought I would share.

My grandmother used to make this all the time. She called it Icebox Cake. It's one if my favorite desserts

This is my go to dessert. It's awesome and easy and people always rave! i use vanilla and chocolate frostings heated up and poured on top. Then I swirl them so it looks like a napoleon.

Yup...ice box cake..
Three layers...
Chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding...
OR
Vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding...
Then real whipped cream on top and chocolate sprinkles...
So Yummy!!!!!!!

Love icebox cake!!!! I actually made one last week, summer staple in our house. I'll even use fat free ricotta & make a canoli type filling for it too.
