I love DD having an opinion...
but not about my cooking!
I made a meatloaf and rice/broccoli a couple weeks ago and DD loved it. She kept asking for "meatballs and rice" long after the leftovers were gone.
I made it again last night. DD ate a few bites of meatloaf and like one spoonful of the rice dish. After a while, I prodded her to finish eating and she said "I don't like this."
 I've never heard her say that before! She must've saw the stunned look on my face, because she started acting all shy when I asked "what did you say?". She responded with "I like rice".
I asked, "do you like the rice?".
She said "no".
Well, that confirms it. She is voicing her opinion on my cooking.

That's funny  . At least she didn't call it "yucky". DS thought my dinner a couple nights ago was yucky. I was highly offended
