I know you are tired of my mileage posts...
but heading out for 10 miles in an hour. Running here in Atlanta is so hard with the hills....so I am not looking forward to it. I need to write it to push myself. Training alone also is not good for my motivation, however the fact that it is 50 degrees here and not 15 degrees that I ran in yesterday in NYC is nice! Thanks for all the support!

Wow! You even pushed yourself an extra half-mile. You should be proud!
I remember days of logging mileage to prepare for the one marathon I ran. It's really tough! Now my main mileage gets done chasing a toddler around.

Congrats, I have ran 10k before and its tough. Keep up the great work!! I wish I could still run but I have problems with my hip when I run.
