Just on an "as needed" basis and maybe as help when #2 comes along.....

I'm in Ohio...probably comparable to GA and we just started using our 15 year old next door neighbor and I pay her $8 for both kids. When I asked her she told me everyone pays about $5 but I thought that was kinda low, plus I want her to be loyal to me.

Babysitters in GA run between 8-10 an hour.

for a high school girl I would say $6-8 an hour, college or older $8-12 an hour.
