I know I am reaching here, please don't laugh @ me...
Ok, so I got my egg on my CBEFM on April 19th. We BD'ed the 18th, 19th and 20th. I saw RE on the 22nd. He did a sono and examined me. I mean if I was pg there was no way he could haev known that soon right? I kept looking at him waiting for him to say , hey you are PG!! Don't laugh at me, like I said, I'm reaching!!

You probably O'd on the 20th, so the 22nd would have been WAY too early.
Implantation doesn't usually occur until 6-10 dpo, so I think that's the earliest that pregnancy could be detected.

They can't really see anything with a sono until at least 5 - 5 1/2 weeks. At my first sono with the RE at 5w5d all they saw was the gestational sac and it was soooooo small!! But the following week at 6w5d we saw the peanut and the HB and then at 7w5d we heard the HB too. Very cool!!! Lots of luck to you!!
